It's like it doesn't exist on my phone. Too bad it's a system app, so I can't uninstall and reinstall it.
I tried rolling it back and updating it to get it to show up, but no luck. Because it wasn't showing up, I couldn't change it to be a priority notification.
I had already set it to protected in the battery manager with no luck. My question is: How do I get it to show up in the notification center so I can adjust it? My work around is to change the notification through the "Apps".
I toggled it to be a "Priority Display" and I was able to turn off the banners. Hopefully that takes care of the missing notifications.
I'm sure it will take care of the annoying banner. Has anyone else experienced applications missing from the notification center? For beta testers, is this fixed in the EMUI 5? Junior Member. Thanks Meter : 5.
Join Date: Joined: Aug My notifications work perfectly fine for Hangouts and Gmail. Like you said, I have the applications setup as being protected. Try that and see if it works for you.
