It's been out for ages and seems to be a really popular phone. To add insult to injury there is now a firmware update for my charge 2 that I cannot install due to the incompatibility with my phone. Please hurry up and get this sorted.

Fitbit, is there any hope of a fix for the Samsung A40 compatability issue coming soon? I am receiving regular notifications of people on this forum who have posted asking the same question so it's obviously a problem for your users! My son is wanting a fitness tracker for his Christmas and I am seriously thinking about going for a different product for both of us unless something happens soon Currently I have problems synchronizing my fitbit Charge 2 with my Samsung galaxy A Is it possible to make it compatible?
