It feels smooth, though I did have some trouble finding the perfect hole for my wrist size. Okay, so with any smartwatch, the user experience basically boils down to how customizable it is, how good the app is, and finally how good the watch is in day-to-day usage.

The watch does come with active heart rate monitoring, and you can easily check your stats from within the app. As a result, the Lenovo Carme smartwatch was rendered basically a fitness tracker in a watch-like design. As a smartwatch, Carme is surprisingly good. In my testing, the Lenovo Carme was actually quite good when keeping a log of steps and my sleep.
However, the heart rate measurement was always off by 10bpm, which is weird. The watch works well to not register fake steps while shaking your hands, which is always a good thing. On the whole, the Carme watch does perform quite decently. One of the best things that I love about the Lenovo Carme smartwatch is its battery life.
The watch comes with a mAh battery capacity which the company claims should last you up to 7 days of usage. In my testing, I was able to push this up to 5 days with active heart rate monitoring. I expect that to reduce once the notifications are turned off, that is, if you can get them to work them in the first place.
Nonetheless, the overall battery life of the Lenovo Carme is actually pretty good and puts it ahead of most other smartwatches in the same or slightly higher price band.
So, is the Lenovo Carme smartwatch worth your buck? Well, let me first address it for what it is. Think of the Lenovo Carme smartwatch as a fitness tracker that looks like a watch. With the Lenovo Carme smartwatch, you can finally do that. However, the moment you think of it as a full-fletched smartwatch, the lack of apps, watch faces, and notifications creep in making it feel like a failed product. On the whole, the Carme watch is a good smartwatch, and if you keep your expectations real, this is one product that I can easily recommend.

If I check heart rate on watch, that is not synchronisation with mobile apps, what to do? Even I was not moving, seating on bus automatically increase step counting. Any idea about that? Dont understand what is wrong with this app. It neither can send a verification email for forgotten password nor can it allow bw to register for a new account with a different email address. I have purchased carme band 2 months back and recently it was stopped working heart rate and wrist up display and draining battery fast as well and also my band stopped counting my steps as well it is simply showing me time and date is it what u need to give customers and bluffing them and we need only time for that reason we brought it?
Bad experience from your side Lenovo did mistake which I choosen your dummy product. Can't register, it says network unavailable even after having good working WiFi, I guess I will have to return the HW07 I bought recently. Very bad app. It is not connecting to lenovo HW01 band even after giving all the permissions. I'm unable to connect my device..
Really idiot programmers did this great useless App. I am asking a simple question to you guys, Is it a communication program? What necessity to run this stupid program as in background, around the clock? All of your graph's are readable? Don't waste your time and us. Change your thought, think differently not like it.

It sucks Once i turn off my bluetooth. The watch doesn't connect again. I have to unbind and pair again. This app is good but this app works only for 10 min. After every 10 minutes we have to open the app for sync the data otherwise it will not give us notifications on band. Battery draining very fast. The latest update has made my hw01 smartband lost battery within 8 hrs of full charge. I am not even using heart rate monitor nor the device connected to the phone by Bluetooth.
