As mentioned on my post, I have looked at every thread on this forum including the two above, and the other ones you sent to me. I just want to repeat though, that the feature works fine on iOS. I am convinced it is either an issue with the Samsung Galaxy A3, or Android v5. Can you please confirm if the location history is available. I will send you a private message, because the issue is definitely not resolved and I need to share private data.
I tried your suggestion. Regarding 1, Restrict background data was not selected. On 2, I tried all three options that are available. I have since waited a few days. As you can see from the logs, absolutely no location data has been recorded. I still cannot use Locate Now.
It gives the same error it always does. If anything, the problem appears to have gotten worse and now nothing is logged at all. I'm afraid I have lost faith in the product. Location Services is clearly unreliable and I would like to request a refund. Please could you arrange for this to be processed with immediate effect?
I haven't heard any reports regarding to the issue on Samsung Galaxy. We could see the location logs for the device posted. We are working on the feature the locate now feature for the new portal. I checked the old portal and yes, you're right, the logs did appear.

But they only started appearing on 19th June. I have been monitoring the logs for the past few days. The logs suddenly stopped a few days ago. I haven't been able to see any location data since, nor use the Locate Now button for a few days. It is for this reason that I have to cancel the subscription. I cannot use a service that only works some of the time. Thanks for the update. The location feature should work.
